".....I wanted to check with our Director General to ensure that I gave you the right information.

I’ve been told to let you know that as long as the DVDs are not counterfeit, and are not being exhibited at the church, and are just being swapped so parishioners can enjoy them in their own home at their leisure then there is no license required for this.

However, if you plan on exhibiting these DVDs at the church, then Filmbank would be the organisation to contact in order to gain a license.

I hope I’ve been able to answer your question and if you have any further queries, then please do let me know. Otherwise I hope your parishioners enjoy the DVD collection."

Kindest regards
Sylvia Wan
