The event will take place during mass (probably 10 am) at
Cofton Park, South Birmingham, with a capacity of 70,000 people
including VIPS and guests.

The grounds are amphitheatre style, and there are going
to be large TV monitors.
·
The parish has been allotted 41 pilgrim places.
·
Travel is by coach (the only way to get in), and special
bracelets will be given out on the day.
·
A special pilgrim pack will also be given, with prayer
book and souvenirs.
·
The cost is £25 per person (all in).
·
The coach will leave at an early hour from Sacred Heart
Church (exact time to be advised).
·
There are likely to be 1200 coaches from all over the
country. Parking will be on the old Longbridge Car works.
·
There will be a walk of about a mile.
·
Warm and waterproof clothing is suggested as well as
sensible footwear.
·
Pilgrims are advised to bring a fold up seat.
